SAN JOSE, Calif.--Jan. 7, 2002--Adobe announced broad support of Apple's Mac OS X at the Macworld San Francisco/2002 Conference and Expo. Adobe will showcase its flagship software offerings, including Mac OS X-native products, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. At the show, Adobe also will unveil new versions of its Web authoring software, Adobe GoLive 6.0, and animation software, Adobe Live Motion(TM) 2.0 (see separate announcements made today on these products). In addition to the main booth, No. 1829, Adobe will feature specialized training sessions with American Graphics Institute instructors highlighting the new enhancements to Adobe software applications on Mac OS X in booth No. 2029. "We are pleased to demonstrate our commitment to the OS X platform by delivering new native versions of Illustrator, InDesign, LiveMotion, GoLive and After Effects,'' said Shantanu Narayen, Adobe's executive vice president of worldwide product marketing and development. Shantanu Narayen will join Apple CEO Steve Jobs during his opening Macworld keynote Monday, January 7, 2002 to offer a technology demonstration of Adobe products running natively on OS X. The Macworld Conference and Expo/2002 will run through January 11, 2002 at San Francisco's Moscone Center.
