printChannel.com Names Schilder as Account Executive

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, December 18, 2001-printChannel.com, the world's leading vendor of Web-based print procurement solutions, has named Philip Schilder as strategic account executive for the central region. Based in the Chicago area, Schilder will be responsible for sales and support for large accounts in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Schilder has 11 years experience selling electronic prepress systems, printing presses, print services, digital media workflow solutions and application software to local and national accounts. Prior to joining printChannel.com, he was with WAM!NET where he was responsible for corporate and national account sales of network applications and services. At WAM!NET, he achieved 108% of quota and sold the companies first national contract for DS3 connectivity.
He has also held major managerial and sales positions with Kinko's, Agfa, AB Dick Co., and Data House. Schilder attended Muskingum College and received advanced technical and sales training as well as electronic, software and consumable update training from Agfa. He resides in Northfield, Illinois with his family.
