Markzware: ICED Print Centers to Include FlightCheck as Preflight Software

Press release from the issuing company

SANTA ANA, CA ., December 3, 2001 -- The International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED), a worldwide printing alliance with 12 locations, has announced that it will be including Markzware's preflight application, FlightCheck, into their initial package for all new locations. The first Kwik Kopy Business Center is scheduled to open in February 2002 in Round Rock, Texas. FlightCheck is a stand-alone application that preflights digital documents by checking for over 150 potential printing problems and collects the job elements such as missing images, screen and printer fonts. "Our continuing commitment is to support the needs of the printing industry with our Patented preflighting technology," said Patrick Marchese, president of Markzware. "We are pleased to be an integral part of this new development by ICED and in helping to maximize the efficiency of quality control." "We believe that Markzware offers our center owners an excellent product that will greatly increase their design and output productivity, said Bob Monte, the company's director of printing technology. Markzware offers outstanding support and we look forward to a long relationship." Monte, who will train new center owners on the software package, said that FlightCheck will keep Kwik Kopy Business Centers on the leading edge of preflight printing technology.
