Canon Business Solutions Expands to Greater Miami Area

BURLINGTON, N.J.-Dec. 3, 2001--Canon Business Solutions-Southeast, Inc., a subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc. and a regional leader in document imaging systems, today announced expansion to the Greater Miami metropolitan area, including both Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach. The new regional office, to open January 1, 2002, will be located in the Meridian Business Campus in Weston, Florida, and will serve commercial customers throughout the area. Canon U.S.A., Inc. is a subsidiary of Canon Inc. "We are excited about this significant expansion and we look forward to providing the world class document management solutions offered by Canon to the Greater Miami metropolitan area,'' said Dennis Uhniat, president, Canon Business Solutions-Southeast, Inc. Ron Raitan has been appointed Canon's general manager for the Miami region to oversee the development of new business. He has held several key national and international management positions during his career in the office equipment industry. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Hartford in Connecticut.
