NowDocs: Xerox to Resell NowPrint Software Solution

Press release from the issuing company

Aliso Viejo, Calif., October 30, 2001 - NowDocs, Inc. today announced that Xerox Corporation will begin to resell NowDocs NowPrint enterprise print software through its North American Xerox Business Services sales channels. The agreement combines NowDocs’ print technology with Xerox's industry experience, world-class products and extensive penetration in the digital printing market -- offering enterprise customers a fully integrated print on demand solution. NowPrint is ideal for companies with multiple print centers allowing them to improve workflow, cut turn-around time and avoid the cost of "leakage" when print jobs are taken to higher priced retail copy shops. The software includes three easy-to-use modules for ordering, facilities management and administration. NowDocs’ NowPrint software is an ideal complement to Xerox Business Services (XBS), a leader in document outsourcing services. Offering the NowDocs’ NowPrint software as part of XBS’ document solutions provides customers with a single source for enterprise-wide printing hardware, software and services. NowPrint may improve the ROI for internal print centers by ensuring that more print jobs are handled in house vs. sent out," said Brad Adamske, CEO and founder of NowDocs. "We also may improve internal customer satisfaction, by ensuring that jobs are printed quickly, efficiently and accurately every time." ”Our agreement with NowDocs provides Xerox with the opportunity to expand its offerings for customers who want flexibility in electronic job submission to internal print centers, " said Ken Kaisen, vice president and general manager, Xerox office enterprise solutions. “Xerox is about helping people finding better ways to do great work.” NowDocs is promoting the NowPrint software at, Xplor 2001 Show, October 30 - November 1, 2001, in Orlando, FL. Stop by to see us at Booth #657. Xerox will begin offering NowPrint immediately; pricing starts at $30,000 for a single print center two-year license, plus an annual maintenance fee of $14,400.
