Kinkos Promotes Jeffrey Moxie to CFO

VENTURA, Calif. – November 20, 2001 – Kinko's, Inc., a leading provider of document solutions and business services, today announced the promotion of Jeffrey E. Moxie to chief financial officer. As CFO, his responsibilities include all accounting, treasury, financial planning and internal audit functions. Mr. Moxie joined Kinko’s in 1997 as the director of corporate accounting and was promoted to vice president of finance and corporate controller in 1998. "Kinko’s is delighted that the best candidate for our new chief financial office comes from within our own team," said Gary Kusin, Kinko’s president and chief executive officer. "As interim CFO, Jeff has demonstrated the combination of leadership and financial expertise that makes him a perfect match for the job." Mr. Moxie has previously served as Kinko’s interim CFO and possesses more than 20 years of financial reporting and tax experience, including positions of increasing responsibility at First Interstate Bancorp, Alcan Aluminum Corp. and The Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Grove City College in Grove City, Penn. and is a certified public accountant.
