BEDFORD, MA -- November 16, 2001 -- CreoScitex, a division of Creo Products Inc., is pleased to announce that Rock-Tenn Company, a leader in the packaging industry, will install multiple CreoScitex computer-to-plate (CTP) devices and digital workflows across its folding carton operations in North America. Rock-Tenn intends to make its entire sheet-fed folding carton operations 100% digital by the fourth quarter of 2002, marking an industry first. Rock-Tenn signed a master agreement with CreoScitex at Graph Expo 2000, confirming its company-wide commitment to adopt advanced technology throughout its manufacturing operations. Based in Norcross, GA, Rock-Tenn was the first folding carton converter to recognize the benefits of CreoScitex innovative prepress technology when they installed a Trendsetter(r) VLF (very-large format) platesetter in 1996.
