NewspaperDirect To Grow Germany Distribution Network

NEW YORK, NY--Nov 13, 2001-- NewspaperDirect, the leading innovator in print-on-demand newspaper delivery, announced today that a separate entity, NewspaperDirect Germany, will be expanding the ND service throughout Germany. NewspaperDirect Germany, based in Hamburg, plans to drive expansion of the NewspaperDirect demand-printing model to deliver more than 80 international newspaper titles to demanding readers in Germany. The company will initially focus on home delivery in Hamburg, and Corporate, Retail, and Hospitality installations of the ND printing system throughout Germany. Joerg Bluemel, President of NewspaperDirect Germany, has more than 10 years in traditional newspaper distribution.
