Elixir Technologies and OPserver Sign Development Agreement

VENTURA, Calif. – October 25, 2001 – Elixir Technologies, a leading provider of innovative solutions for document composition and print stream conversion, announced today that it has entered into a development relationship with OPserver, Inc., a leading developer of enterprise output management systems. Under the terms of the agreement, Elixir will supply core technology from its PageMiner and Transformation Suite products as well as development services to OPserver for incorporation into its FlexServer suite of products. OPserver, Inc. provides high-volume print management solutions and professional services to improve the flexibility and efficiency of print/mail operations of all sizes. High-volume commercial enterprises and print shops depend on OPserver's FlexServer products and services to efficiently manage their multi-vendor print operations. "Elixir leads the industry in the development of data mining and print stream transformation tools and utilities," states David Birdsall, president of OPserver. "This agreement will allow us to leverage Elixir products in the development of OPserver’s complete output management systems.
