Franchise Services Acquires Signal Graphics

MISSION VIEJO, Calif., September 23, 2008 – Franchise Services, Inc., a recognized leader in franchise management, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Signal Graphics, a leading printing franchise operating 34 locations in 15 states.

"We are delighted to add Signal Graphics to our family of printing and marketing brands," said Don Lowe, chief executive officer of Franchise Services, Inc. "We believe in our industry and are confident our brands will continue to lead in its evolution."

The Signal Graphics brand will become the fourth brand to be joined under Franchise Services, Inc.'s print management group, which includes Sir Speedy, PIP and MultiCopy, which operates 600 locations in 13 countries. The print management group is led by a seasoned team of executives whose combined industry experience is more than 160 years.

Steve Morris, founder and former chief executive officer of Signal Graphics stated, "We are excited about Signal Graphics becoming a part of Franchise Services.  The company's commitment to franchisee support is well known throughout the industry and in the franchise community.  We are confident Franchise Services will help take the Signal Graphics network to new levels of success."

Steve Morris, a 35-year veteran of the industry will retire from the organization.
