London Litho Strengthens Customer Technical Support, Broadens VAR Effort

Press release from the issuing company

Lincolnwood, Illinois, September 2001-As the premier value added reseller to the printing, packaging, converting and graphic design industries, London Litho has broadened its technical support efforts. As part of that effort, Ruth Smitham has been named an Electronic Technical Sales Representative. Smitham-an experienced electronic specialist at London Litho-will assist customers across the production environment. Electronic Imaging Systems Manager Russ Brock, in announcing the appointment, commented: "Customers who have purchased equipment from mail order operations and find themselves in need of technical support or repairs, often look to London Litho to resolve technical issues. Because London Litho is known throughout the Midwest for the ability to integrate complex prepress and pressroom solutions, we offer the technical support that mail order houses, catalog vendors, and Internet resellers lack. The London Litho customer service organization is now structured to support these market needs." Smitham, who is based in the London Litho New Berlin, Wisconsin, facility, outlines her new position: "My goal is to ensure that London Litho customers can readily access the integration, installation, service, and support for which London Litho is known." Discussing the role of customer satisfaction in her new position, Smitham added: "Every customer deserves efficient, reliable, and courteous service and support-especially when systems problems jeopardize production."
