NowDocs to Show Enterprise Print Software Solutions at Xplor
Press release from the issuing company
Aliso Viejo, Calif., October 2, 2001 - NowDocs, Inc. today announced that it is moving to one strategic objective, focusing its business solely on its enterprise software solution, NowDocs NowPrint. The company's award winning interface and print management software will continue to be offered through direct licensing agreements and resale channel partners.
NowDocs is enthused about the progress being made by their enterprise software initiative. The company believes that the growth prospects and value proposition related to its print management solutions are significant. As a result, and after careful consideration, the company has made the decision to realign its business to focus solely on software and to transition out of all other offerings including print and delivery.
"Our existing software customers and partners have validated our belief that NowDocs is well positioned to play a defining role in the enterprise-wide print software market," said Brad Adamske, CEO of NowDocs. "We want to do everything in our power to make the best use of this opportunity. Focusing solely on software allows us to put our resources where they matter most, and move all of our efforts in a single direction."
The NowDocs NowPrint software includes three easy-to-use modules for order placement, facilities management and administration. NowPrint resides on corporate intranets, and offers a secure, enterprise-wide print solution.
