EZ Prints Acquires eframes

ATLANTA--Oct. 8, 2001-- EZ Prints, Inc., a leading online digital photo and image fulfillment company, today announced it has acquired eframes, Inc., a former competitor and leader in the online digital photo and photo-related merchandise fulfillment space. EZ Prints provides its commercial customers with private-label, backend fulfillment services for online photos and digital images. EZ Prints enables companies of all sizes with online photo offerings to provide their customers a high-quality fulfillment service that includes one of the largest product selections available online. Brian Dunham, President and CEO of eframes, will join the EZ Prints team as the company's vice president of partner development, enhancing the companies services and offerings to EZ Prints partners.
