WhatTheyThink.com has just completed a survey conducted with buyers of print services. The goal of the survey was to determine the importance of compiling information about the printing process. 172 buyers of print participated in this survey from all over the United States. The question asked: How important to your job is keeping abreast of advances in the printing process? Very Important/Necessary Somewhat Important Nonessential/Not Required Overall, just 36% of those surveyed said keeping up with new technology was very important in their job. 45% said it was somewhat important and 19% said it was not essential.
