Chicago, September 22, 2008–Affinity Express Inc., the leading multi-shore provider of outsourced, high-volume graphic and design solutions, with over 6,000 clients in the newspaper, advertising, direct mail, commercial printing, retail/quick printing and promotional products industries, announced the appointment of Sanjay Chadha as its chief financial officer.
 
According to Chief Executive Officer Kenneth W. Swanson, "The addition of Sanjay to the Affinity Express global team is a significant milestone in our company's development and we are delighted to welcome a professional of his caliber.  He brings over 19 years of strategic financial planning and deep domain expertise in the business process outsourcing and offshoring industries.  We look forward to his leadership as we fine-tune our plans for 2009 and set the stage to double our revenues."
 
Mr. Swanson commented further, "Affinity Express has had a milestone year in 2008 and the addition of Sanjay is another accomplishment in a list that includes the establishment of our Manila production operation, new business contracts with seven of the top 25 media companies in the U.S. and the launch of our state-of-the-art workflow technology for newspaper and direct mail clients (Affinity Express Service Bureau v2.0)."
 
Before joining Affinity Express, Mr. Chadha worked for nine years at Aptara (formerly TechBooks), a global leader in content transformation solutions, where he served as head of business operations in India.  In this role, he handled corporate finance and was involved in global tax strategies, facility management and risk management.  He was also responsible for financial analysis and mergers and acquisition support.  Prior to this position, he had several other roles with the company, including vice president of India financial services and administration, general manager of finance, accounts and commercial, deputy general manager; and senior manager of finance and accounts.
 
Previously, Mr. Chadha has worked in large Indian and multi national corporations engaged in manufacturing, FMCG and consulting services.  He was manager of accounts at Pharmacia & Upjohn India Pvt. Ltd. and assistant manager of accounts for Godfrey Phillips India Ltd.  He has also held accounting and financial positions at Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd., PricewaterhouseCoopers and Enexco Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
 
Mr. Chadha holds an honors degree in commerce from University of Delhi and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
