Press release from the issuing company

CHICAGO, IL, September 7, 2001 — Orasee Corporation of Duluth, Georgia, a leader in research and development of advanced imaging technology, will introduce its new revolutionary Orasee Imaging System™ for Printing and Publishing at the Pitman Company booth #5110 during Print '01. The Orasee Imaging System is comprised of three main integrated components: Orasee Imaging Software; Orasee Pre-Press and Press Procedures; and Orasee MicrOptical Material. The Orasee Imaging System enables the production of dynamic imagery containing a three-dimensional depth element and/or sequential motion element. The System is designed for and can be printed on sheet-fed offset lithography, web press lithography, flexography, and wide-format ink-jet and bubble-jet desktop printers. Orasee Corporation's founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Jerry C. Nims, and his colleague, Dr. William Karszes, Chief Operating Officer of the company, are leaders in the research and development of 3D imaging and the mass production of lenticular optical plastic. They have patents, both granted and pending, for Orasee's unique software, prepress formulas and a new MicrOptical Material. In addition to the Orasee Imaging System for Printing & Publishing, the Orasee research team is developing and patenting systems for the SOHO (small office, home office) market, medical diagnostic applications, as well as other industry applications. Dr. Nims stated, "We are very pleased to be represented exclusively by Pitman in North America and to have the opportunity to introduce the new Orasee Imaging System for the printing and publishing market at their Print '01 exhibit booth. Pitman's vision and commitment to bringing new technologies to its customers is vitally important to us. And with its strong national network of 20 branch distribution centers working for us, we can concentrate on Orasee's core skill sets of inventing, patenting, prototyping and developing new visual technologies for mass production." Joe Demharter, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pitman Company added, "The Orasee Imaging System for Graphic Arts clearly advances printing technology into an extraordinary new realm of 3D and dynamic imagery. It holds remarkable potential for driving the creation of an entirely new spectrum of high-volume printed products with all the value-added power of images with dimension and motion. We're very excited that our Pitman Company team of imaging specialists will be working closely with the Orasee team at the Print '01 debut of this superb system, and throughout its nationwide industry launch."
