Indigo Partners with Datalogics for High Efficiency Personalized Printing Solutions

CHICAGO, Sept. 7 Datalogics, a leading provider of innovative publishing solutions, today announced its partnership with Indigo N.V. to offer an excellent variable data print solution for use with Indigo Digital Offset Color presses. Reinforcing its reputation as a provider of high quality, flexible publishing solutions, Datalogics is partnering with Indigo and further enhancing the DL Formatter product line to provide PPML support for Indigo digital presses. Datalogics' innovative, robust solution offers Indigo digital press customers expanded capabilities for the easy creation of 1-to-1 communications. Whether users are interested in generating personalized brochures, direct mail, custom catalogs, financial statements, or 1-to-1 web applications, DL Formatter provides an excellent solution for all variable print needs. With DL Formatter's easy to use interface within the Adobe InDesign(TM) or Adobe FrameMaker applications, users are able to create communications where both text and images change in every variable document and content flows to additional pages as needed. DL Formatter's advanced composition engine enables the high speed creation of output via interactive or batch modes, thus offering users the flexibility to manage both high volume print production runs and smaller scale custom output. In addition to supporting the generation of Postscript, PDF, and PPML/VDX output, DL Formatter will also provide support for PPML to feed Indigo printers. With the complimentary mix of the exceptional DL Formatter product and Indigo digital presses, users will be able to create personalized, quality output in no time at all.
