OneVision Introduces Garda and PlugWEBin Products at PRINT 01
Press release from the issuing company
Regensburg, Germany (August 24, 2001) - OneVision Software AG is pleased to introduce two new products at PRINT 01. Garda is a platform-independent application that safeguards OneVision‚s signature product Asura, the software solution for automatic data prefining. Garda automatically monitors Asura, ensuring that the system will never shut down. These monitoring functions cover all processes essential to the overall Asura system including the background services and the event log in Windows 2000 or Windows NT, as well as the available memory capacity.
PlugWEBin is a powerful add-on module to Asura and Solvero, OneVision‚s industry-leading pre-press and pre-media software solutions. PlugWEBin automatically outputs the entire contents of PDF, PostScript, or EPS pages as HTML, preserving the original page layout, and securely converting text, images, and graphics.
Held only once every four years, PRINT 01 is the largest trade show for digital pre-press, printing, publishing, and converting technology. The exposition will encompass nearly 900,000 net square feet at McCormick Place in Chicago, and over 75,000 industry professionals are expected to attend. One Vision will demonstrate its entire suite of products at booth No. 6450.
