Press release from the issuing company

SAN DIEGO, CA, August 27, 2001 – Printable Technologies, the leading online service provider for the graphic arts industry, announced today that it has finalized its agreement with MJM Printing & Graphics to provide online services and applications for MJM and their key customers, including KPMG Consulting (NASDAQ: KCIN), Carr America Realty Corporation (NYSE: CRE), Visual Networks (NASDAQ: VNWK), and Rydex Mutual Funds. "I’m very pleased to be working with Printable to provide these services to our customers," said Michael Murtaugh, Jr., President of MJM Printing. "MJM has benefited greatly from our early adoption and embracing of these E-business technologies, and it’s easy to see from our dealings with Printable that they are truly committed to the best interests of printers. They’ve made transition from Collabria to Printable seamless and painless." A former customer of Collabria, MJM was able to enjoy uninterrupted service when Printable acquired the core assets of Collabria in June. Since that time, Printable has completed it's initial integration of Collabria's technologies. This makes Printable's entire suite of applications available to the former Collabria customers. These applications include significant functionality beyond what Collabria was offering, including web site creation and hosting, online preflighting and Printable's flagship Printer's Dashboard. "We’re fortunate to have customers like MJM coming on board with us," said Jim Sullivan, CEO of Printable Technologies. "MJM’s investments in technology, including Printable, show a strong commitment to offering the best possible services to their customers." In addition to the catalog and customizable print ordering that they now offer their clients, MJM plans to begin offering other Printable-provided technology, like PrintFlight for automated, online preflighting, and PrintProof for collaborative markup. "We’ve realized tremendous savings of time and money by using the E-business tools provided to us by MJM through their partnership with Printable," said Sandrine Connor, Marketing Manager at Rydex Mutual Funds. "We look forward to the new capabilities and applications we’ll have moving forward from here."
