This follows the announcement on August 7, 2001 that Yoav Z. Chelouche would step down from his position of President and CEO of Scitex. In parallel to his role at Scitex, Mr. Agassi will continue to serve as Vice President of Business Development at Clal Industries and Investments Ltd. Mr. Chelouche will continue to advise Scitex in the period to mid-2002. Mr. Agassi brings to Scitex extensive experience, having held senior executive positions with a large numbers of companies including Israeli Direct Insurance, The Magen Insurance Company, The Israel Phoenix Assurance Company and Israel Data Processing Company.
