Press release from the issuing company

Eden Prairie, MN, July 24, 2001 - Insty-Prints, the founder of the fast-turnaround business printing industry, today announced a franchise-wide agreement with PagePath Technologies' that allows all Insty-Prints locations to use the custom MyOrderDesk online ordering and electronic file delivery system. The agreement enables customers of Insty-Prints to quickly transfer large graphics files even over slow modem lines. MyOrderDesk's unique, Web-based service also will enable users to customize, proof and order branded marketing communication material using PagePath's new ezMerge(tm) technology. "We've always taken the opportunity to leverage our highly trained people with appropriate technology to become the printer of preference for thousands of companies across the country. Value-added services such as those produced by MyOrderDesk help us to build lasting relationships. That's how we maintain our position as the best business printing service," said Matthew Fox, Director of Technology, Insty-Prints Inc. "We think of MyOrderDesk as a Swiss army knife for our industry. The built-in file compression alone is reason enough to use MyOrderDesk. Even users with a slow Internet connection can select multiple, large graphic files, click a button, and have them all quickly sent to us in one, compressed package with a job ticket. The delivery of ready to print files, the online creation of business cards, and proofing are icing on the cake. It would take me a half hour to go through all the capabilities we get with this one package." For other types of Internet-enabled printing, MyOrderDesk's PDF2U(tm) technology will allow users to print directly to their local Insty-Prints location from any Macor Windows application, as simply as printing the document to their desktop printer. "When an Insty-Prints Web site visitor submits a printing job using PDF2U, the document is automatically converted by the MyOrderDesk system into an industry standard PDF file, eliminating many common file problems in the process. As a result, the customer can view, print, or download an accurate proof of the document. After the customer releases the file for production, the Insty-Prints store receives a print ready file. Included with the fileare the contact, production, shipping and billing instructions. The job status and job history can be easily viewed on the Insty-Prints Web site and re-orders are as easy as clicking a button. It's incredible technology that saves our customers time and increases our store productivity," said Rob Warmka, Vice President of Franchise Services, Insty-Prints Inc. With MyOrderDesk, Insty-Prints customers can use order forms tailored to their specific needs. They have the option of sending large graphics files in their native format; creating and proofing the document on the Web site; or "printing" the document directly to an Insty-Print location. MyOrderDesk will be available to the more than 200 Insty-Prints stores nationwide. By adding MyOrderDesk technology to its national network, Insty-Prints will provide their customers with the most productive document creation, order entry and file transfer capability available.
