Theodore Ammon has been elected non-executive Chairman of the board of Moore Corporation Limited by the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Ammon is founding Chairman of Chancery Lane Capital LLC, a former general partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and the founder and former chairman of Big Flower Holdings, Inc. Mr. Ammon has served on the Board of Directors of Moore since December 2000. Mr. Ammon is replacing J. Robert S. Prichard, who resigned as Non-Executive Chairman and as a Board Member as a result of his acceptance of the position as President of Torstar Media Group and COO of Torstar Corporation.
