CAMBRIDGE, MA; June 27, 2001 - Banta Integrated Media, the Cambridge, MA- based provider of digital content management and e-business software and services, announces that John Sisson has been named Vice President/General Manager. In his new role, Sisson has overall responsibility for operations of Banta Integrated Media's Internet Solutions, Catalog and Data Services, and Digital Content Management departments in its Boston-based facilities. "Sisson's experience in the industry, as well as within Banta, is a valuable asset that will further enhance the continued growth and development of the Banta Integrated Media business unit," commented Preston Walklet, President of the Banta Digital Group. During his nine-year tenure at Banta Corporation, Sisson has been instrumental in the introduction of four-color digital printing, database production/design, one-to-one marketing, and digital photography products and services. He has more than 20 years of technical and operational experience and most recently served as General Manager at Banta's Needham facility. Sisson was previously with R.R. Donnelly and Courier Corporation.
