Printable to Acquire Certain Assets of Collabria, Includes Installed Customer Base

SAN DIEGO, CA, June 22, 2001 – It was announced today that Printable Technologies, Inc. has acquired core assets of CollabriaTM, Inc., including their mainstream PrintCommerce version 3.0 software and their installed customer base. The acquisition by Printable will allow Collabria customers to maintain their services through Printable. Collabria recently announced its shut-down and termination of services. Jim Sullivan, Chairman and CEO of Printable, commented, "Printable is in an excellent position to service Collabria's customers, as we have been working with Collabria towards this goal for the past several months." Printable and Collabria announced an agreement to share technology during this year's Seybold Conference in April.
