Press release from the issuing company

6/12/2001- Minneapolis, MN. MHC Companies, a diversified reseller of business forms, corporate image products, commercial printing and e-form software has chosen to adopt Four51 as its enterprise e-commerce solution. The arrangement extends Four51's functionality to all of MHC's subsidiaries, its entire customer base and suppliers. Both companies will also initiate joint sales, marketing, implementation, and training activities immediately to integrate MHC's customers and suppliers into the program. "MHC has seen great results since signing on a trial basis with Four51 more than a year ago," says Pete Mattson, president and CEO of MHC Companies. "The success MHC has already experienced makes it a natural move for us to extend Four51's capabilities even more broadly across our customer and supplier base. We expect both an increase in sales from new clients and growth within our current client base because of lower purchasing costs, faster turnaround times and 24-hour access." MHC will also extend Four51 functionality to its customers and suppliers now that Four51's WildFireSM XML transport module is available and has jointly announced with TopForm Software interoperability initiatives, MHC is now able to provide a seamless, web-enabled ordering path between customers and suppliers. As a leading TopForm user, and now as a leading Four51 user, MHC intends to automate inbound and outbound order processing between their customers and suppliers with Four51, while instantly and seamlessly passing transaction data into their back-office system. "We couldn't be happier that MHC has chosen to standardize on Four51," said Barry Brown, Four51's senior vice president of operations. "MHC has been a great partner for us, and they've been one of our most aggressive and innovative user companies for quite some time. Moving to an enterprise-level commitment with Four51 will help them move even faster." MHC is actively presenting Four51 to their customers and suppliers, and Four51 is coordinating with MHC for implementation and training. About MHC Companies Since its inception in 1980 as a reseller of business form printing, MHC Companies has grown to a broad ranging business services company with more than 100 employees, thousands of commercial customers nationwide, a number 17 industry ranking nationally, and $23-million in annual sales.
