R.R. Donnelley Financial Names Rick Lowry Regional Vice President

HOUSTON, TEXAS - May 31, 2001 R.R. Donnelley Financial, has promoted Rick Lowry to vice president, capital markets, for its central region, which includes 20 states extending from Michigan to Utah and Minnesota to Texas. Lowry will be responsible for the development of capital markets sales, providing New York's securities law firms, corporations and investment banks access to the world-class financial printing and communications technologies they require for IPOs, secondary and M&A business tender offers and secondary offerings. "Rick has a deep understanding of the financial printing industry and can offer innovative approaches to client service," said Elliot Eisenberg, senior vice president of capital markets sales at R.R. Donnelley Financial. "We are delighted to have someone with his diverse background and strong industry reputation leading our sales force in our Central region." Formerly sales director for R.R. Donnelley Financial' s Southwest region, Lowry joined the company in 1993 after more than 15 years of printing sales and management experience in the Houston area. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, Lowry moved to the Houston area. He is a former board president of the South Montgomery County YMCA.
