Monique Leroux had only been with Quebecor for one year but a source said she could not pass on the opportunity. A spokesman at Desjardins-Laurentian said Monique Leroux will “join the company as soon as possible, hopefully no later than the end of summer.” Desjardins-Laurentian is part of Mouvement Desjardins which is a financial company in Canada. Quebecor Inc. is a major international corporation with operations on four continents, extensive cutting-edge capabilities and more than $10 billion in annual sales. The Company has two major operating subsidiaries: Quebecor World Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc. Quebecor World is the largest commercial printer in the world, and the only major printing firm of truly global status, with operations in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
