Press release from the issuing company

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 9 -- Eastman Kodak Company today announced its board of directors has elected E. Mark Rajkowski as Vice President of Finance and Robert P. Rozek as Controller. Both report to Robert H. Brust, Kodak's Chief Financial Officer. The elections are effective May 29. Rajkowski was previously Controller and Rozek joins Kodak from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In his new position, Rajkowski will have day-to-day responsibility for all finance functions for the company's worldwide business units, Global Operations, and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis. Brust remains directly responsible for Corporate Treasury, Audit, Tax, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Information Technology and Investor Relations. "This move is consistent with Kodak's drive to provide greater focus on the day-to-day financial operating issues by assigning those responsibilities to one of our most capable managers," Brust said. "At the same time, Mark's appointment will provide me with more time to focus on cash management, acquisitions, and other strategic issues." Rajkowski, 42, joined Kodak in 1998 as Controller. He was previously with Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) where he was the Upstate New York Technology Group Managing Partner. He was graduated from Lehigh University where he received a BS in Accounting. He joined Price Waterhouse upon graduation, working in New Jersey, New York City, and Rochester. He is a member of a number of professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. He also serves on the Board of the Seneca Park Zoo Society. Rozek, 40, was most recently a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and served as the lead partner with multi-national clients across a number of industries, including industrial products, services, biotech and financial services. He has had significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt capital management and risk management. He graduated cum laude from Canisius College with a BS in Accounting and currently holds CPA licenses in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America and is active in fund-raising efforts for the American Heart Association.
