Kodak & Kmart to Offer Online Digitized Photo Service at BlueLight.com

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 8 -- Eastman Kodak Company, with Kmart Corporation and BlueLight.com, announced an agreement to launch a co-branded Kodak Picture Center Online service at www.bluelight.com. With Kodak, Kmart and BlueLight.com will provide complete photography products and services both in store and online to the more than 30 million people who shop each week at Kmart's over 2,100 stores. The service will enable the millions of rolls of film currently processed at Kmart each year to be digitized and delivered to the customer online beginning this month. Using Kodak's infrastructure, services and media, Kmart customers who want to share and enhance their pictures online will be able to have their film digitized and uploaded directly to the Kodak Picture Center Online at BlueLight.com by simply checking one box on their photofinishing envelope. The companies will work together to promote easy-to-use, convenient online photo services and digital printing of images, which will enable Kmart customers to obtain high-quality prints and other photography products in a manner most convenient for them, whether it be in-store or online. Through Kodak Picture Center Online, BlueLight.com also will offer customers a variety of unique photography products and services only available online. The Kodak Picture Center Online will be featured in the Photo Zone area of BlueLight.com, offering customers Kodak products and photography services powered by Print@Kodak service. Kodak's applications will allow customers to manage, edit and share their pictures.
