Palmetto Bank Purchases Encore! Software from Harland Financial Solutions

ATLANTA (May 18, 2001) – The Palmetto Bank of Laurens, South Carolina, a longtime Harland Financial Solutions' Max$ell MCIF client, recently licensed Harland Financial Solutions' branch automation software, Encore!Teller and Encore!Platform. Harland Financial Solutions is a division of John H. Harland Company (NYSE: JH), one of the leading financial transaction companies in the country. The Encore! branch automation software will provide the $670 million financial institution with the ability to achieve its desired teller and platform initiatives, plus enterprise-wide contact management, centralized security, sales referral management, and research capabilities.
