Press release from the issuing company

FAIRFAX, VA 4/01 – Members of the Digital Printing & Imaging Association now receive unlimited technical/managerial support and product referral by toll-free telephone and e-mail. DPI members are encouraged to use the DPI Hotline as their "on call" industry authority. Non-members are welcome to use the Hotline for help locating a particular product or service. DPI Hotline staff helps members address a wide range of time-consuming issues. When information is needed concerning digital imaging, media, inks, personnel practices, government regulations, or simply a source for supplies, DPI Hotline staff can usually address the issue right on the spot. Members are encouraged to call the DPI Hotline as often as they like. There is no additional charge for support, not limit to the number of calls. The DPI Hotline operator will ask for your member number, or your name and contact information. With your call logged, you will be connected to support staff. DPI maintains an extensive database of product information and other resources that can save you time and money. DPI Hotline hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Call the DPI Hotline at: 1-866-274-1374 or 1-866-DPI-1-DPI, or send a priority e-mail from the member only area of DPI’s website, www.dpia.org. In the USA and Canada only.
