Donnelley Financial Names Janet Flores VP Customized Communications Solutions Sales

CHICAGO, April 3, 2001 - R.R. Donnelley Financial, the worldwide financial printer and customized communications solutions (CCS) company, named Janet Zrebiec Flores vice president, CCS sales for the Central region. CCS is a suite of value-added information management and targeted marketing services. Integrating digital and Internet technologies, CCS designs, creates and delivers a range of communications for R.R. Donnelley Financial's clients, helping them build closer and longer-lasting relationships with their customers. "Janet brings over 20 years of communications services industry experience to Donnelley Financial," said Al Presutti, senior vice president, CCS. "This appointment is an important step in our company's strategy to offer clients in key markets the most effective means of communicating with their target audience." Flores most recently served as the central region manager of sales operations at Xerox Corporation and was instrumental in developing its 2001-2005 business strategy. Prior to that, Flores served as Xerox's manager of sales agent operations where she was responsible for supporting the success of 344 Xerox sales agencies. Additional professional experience includes leadership positions in marketing, operations and supplies business sales. "The Central U.S. is a dynamic and diverse market.
