Contex Launches JETimage PRO 3.05 for Copy Professionals

Press release from the issuing company

March 22, 2001 CeBIT Hannover, Germany Contex Scanning Technology, manufacturer of wide-format scanners and related software applications has announced the release of JETimage PRO 3.05, the latest and most improved version to date. "Copy professionals have found their jobs to be much more demanding as technology pushes them to create better images in shorter amounts of time", explains Peter Nissen, Contex's Software Development Manager. "In response to the rapidly growing need for very high quality color corrected copies and perfect black and white renditions, Contex has pushed the limits even further in creating this new version of JETimage PRO." The 3.05 version of JETimage Pro features an even better CLC Color Management System (Closed Loop Calibration), advanced raster image processing (RIP), parallel printing, automatic detection of size and scale parameters, online help, and additional printer profiles for the market's large format printers. Additionally, JETimage Pro 3.05 now offers the options for printing settings along with the image, viewing paper dimensions in the selection lists and for working with color balance parameters in CMY. JETimage Pro 3.05 is likely one of the most powerful tools available allowing today's copy professionals to effectively compete in areas like reprographics, graphic arts, quick print and copy. Additionally, firms involved in engineering, architecture and manufacturing are just a few of the businesses that are discovering the unlimited revenue potential of adding a wide format scanner armed with the new JETimage Pro 3.05 to their organization.
