NUR America Moves to Expanded Facility

Press release from the issuing company

Newton, MA; March 19, 2001 - NUR America, Inc., the subsidiary of NUR Macroprinters responsible for sales, service and customer support for NUR printers and consumables in the Americas (North, Central and South America) announces its recent move to a new, much larger facility in the greater Boston, MA area. The new NUR America headquarters features a state of the art demonstration center equipped with NUR Blueboard HiQ+(TM), NUR Fresco(TM) and NUR Salsa(TM) models representing NUR's entire line of digital inkjet printing systems. The new building also houses NUR America's sales, marketing, finance and administration departments, customer service staff for all NUR products and consumables, technical support staff for the entire NUR product line, and a spare parts warehouse. Concurrent with its move to the new facility, NUR America also announced a renewed focus on and expansion of its customer service capabilities. According to Hank Kennedy, Director of Customer Services at NUR America, under the revamped plan, a single individual in the customer service organization is now assigned to work as a single point of contact for all customer needs. The customer service representative's responsibilities encompass sales administration, order fulfillment cycles, service and customer satisfaction relating to fulfillment of equipment purchases, consumable sales and parts. The revamped customer service initiative is expected to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness and result in an organization that is more focused and responsive to customer needs. "NUR America has been growing steadily over the past 4 years in the Americas, but our aggressive growth in FY2000 - in parallel with that of our parent NUR Macroprinters - made the need for additional, centralized space a real priority," says Shlomo Sagiv, President of NUR America, Inc. "Our new, integrated facility, with all departments under the same roof, will support our future growth and help us to create an even more effective and responsive partnership with our customers."
