Global Graphicsn Files to be Listed on Euronext

Brussels April 6, 2001- Global Graphics (Nasdaq Europe: GLGR) announces that a request has been filed with Euronext Brussels to list all ordinary Global Graphics shares on the Primary Market (including shares to be issued when stock options are exercised). Subject to approval by Euronext, the shares will be listed on the continuous market segment starting April 17, 2001, under the symbol GLOG. The Euronext introduction is organized by Bank Degroof.
