D&H Distributing Selects Lexar Media’s Complete Line of Digital Film & Connectivity Products

FREMONT, Calif., March 14, 2001—Lexar Media, Inc. (NSDQ: LEXR), a leading designer, developer and marketer of award-winning high-performance digital film and connectivity products for the digital photography market, today announced that D&H Distributing has selected Lexar digital film and connectivity products to be a key brand sold through D&H’s network of photo specialty stores, education markets, value added resellers and consumer electronics retailers. “D&H is one of America’s largest wholesale distributors of microcomputer products, consumer electronics, educational products and security products,” said Tim Sullivan, Lexar Media’s vice president of sales and channel marketing. “Their knowledge of the market is expansive and their sales team is experienced in working with consumers through professional retail accounts.” As a provider of microcomputer, multimedia and emerging technology products, D&H services large national accounts and small, independent businesses. D&H will offer Lexar Media’s complete line of digital film  cards, including CompactFlashä, SmartMediaä, PC Card, Memory Stickä and MultiMediaCardä formats, as well as the full complement of Lexar’s digital film readers.
