"We are very pleased to become part of ABG, a dynamic organization that is among America's top 300 print and fulfillment enterprises and provider to Fortune 1000 Clients,” said Gary Marshall, Director of Sales at Holden. “We look forward to helping establish ABG’s position as a national provider by expanding into Texas and the Midwest utilizing the combination of highly experienced production, sales and customer support teams of both companies." He goes on to add, “The marriage of these two companies creates a national customer service and distribution system second to none”.
Joel Luce, CEO of ABG Marketing and Business Communications notes, “We are excited and pleased to have acquired such a successful and respected firm whose business model is a perfect compliment to that of ABG. This acquisition will not only continue to strengthen our position in the market, but create a clear path to reaching our goal of becoming a National Provider of Printing and Technology Solutions.”
