MARKZWARE LAUNCHES MARKZNET

Press release from the issuing company

SANTA ANA, CA., March 14, 2001 -- Markzware announces the launch of MarkzNet, the only client-server system capable of preflighting native document files, PDF files, and Postscript files, job collection and file transfer for remote users, via the Internet. MarkzNet Pricing With no third party intervention, MarkzNet is a solution installed and maintained on your own Servers. Among MarkzNet's pricing options is the unique opportunity of a one-time purchase price of $15,000 MSRP plus 10% per year maintenance and upgrade agreement, which includes Server Software and unlimited Client Software seats. There are no transaction costs or subscription fees. This option is ideal for print shops, publishers and any company with their own, in-house integration capabilities. Custom solutions and integration is available from Markzware Authorized Solution Providers worldwide. Checks against a specific Ground Control Settings MarkzNet checks digital files against a customized set of specific Ground Controls defined by the receiving side (printers, service bureaus, etc). The sender is automatically notified of required corrections before the job is transmitted and instantly receives confirmation when it is accepted. The printer's customer simply drags and drops his job on the MarkzNet client icon to begin the automatic process. The customer may not alter the Ground Control preferences in any way, giving the printer complete control over the condition of the files received through their very own, custom MarkzNet solution.
