SCOTTSDALE, AZ (March 9, 2001)–While many software and technology-based companies are laying off key personnel in an attempt to cut costs, CRC has instituted a rigorous human resources program designed to recruit, hire, and train highly qualified individuals on an ongoing basis. Since December of last year, CRC’s HR department has received literally thousands of resumes and nearly 200 applicants have taken the comprehensive two and a half hour written exam that all candidates must pass prior to being considered for an interview. The hiring criteria are strict, as less than 10% of the candidates tested have been hired. By screening out unqualified candidates, this program ensures that only the most intelligent, talented, and devoted individuals will have the opportunity to develop, sell, implement, and support CRC’s products, and service our clients.
