Cenosis Says Kangacom Has Signed Up Half of the Daily Papers in Quebec

Montreal, February 27, 2001 - Cenosis Inc. (CE:ME) is pleased to announce that its KangaCom subsidiary has signed interconnection contracts with six daily newspapers in Quebec for KangaGraph service, which will be used for the delivery of advertising content to the newspapers by ad agencies, prepress shops and other advertising content producers. Service is set to commence this month. The six newspapers, Le Journal de Montréal, Le Droit (Ottawa/Hull), Le Quotidien (Chicoutimi), Le Devoir (Montreal), Le Nouvelliste (Trois-Rivières) and The Record (Sherbrooke), represent half the daily newspaper market in Quebec. KangaCom is continuing its efforts to sign up the remaining dailies in this market, to ensure that its KangaGraph network can feed the entire industry in advertising material. KangaGraph is KangaCom's flagship digital file delivery and management service aimed at the graphic communications industry and featuring speed of delivery, network reliability and security of content. KangaGraph is a network-centric service based upon high-speed links provided through a strategic partnership with Bell Nexxia.
