AdobeExpands International E-Commerce Offerings

San Jose, Calif., (February 28, 2000) (Nasdaq:ADBE)--Adobe Systems Incorporated further extended its worldwide brand today with the launch of nine online stores in Europe. The company also announced its intention to expand its e-commerce offerings in Japan. Together with its North American site, the company will have eleven online Adobe-branded stores worldwide in five languages by the end of March. For the first time, Adobe will offer customers in these countries its flagship products, such as Adobe® Photoshop®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Acrobat® and Adobe Collections. "Over half of Adobe’s customers and a quarter of Adobe.com’s traffic comes from outside of North America. Adobe is committed to providing value and servicing its customers worldwide with convenient access to products and services, unparalleled content and attractive pricing in local currencies," said Claire Darling, director of International Web Sites, Adobe Systems Incorporated. The Adobe online European stores (www.eurostore.adobe.com) service customers in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Languages offered in Europe include English, French, German, and Swedish.
