ImageX.com looked to its blue-chip customer base, which includes GE Capital, AT&T, Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Liz Claiborne, for feedback during the development process to ensure customer needs were addressed. In addition to a fresh, new design, the Corporate Online Printing Center now offers significant online customer support upgrades, detailed shipment tracking and time-of-order price confirmation.
