Printlife and Indigo Announce Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Stoneham, Mass. and Maastricht, The Netherlands – February 8, 2001 – Printlife, a provider of innovative services that enable consumers to display and share digital images with innovative printed products, and Indigo N.V. (NASDAQ: INDG), the leader in digital color printing systems, today announced they have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement to expand the marketplace for digitally printed photo products. Printlife’s first product, The Printlife PhotoBook™ is printed using Indigo printers and will be showcased by Printlife at the Indigo booth (#841) at PMA 2001,the Photo Marketing Association’s Annual Convention and Trade Show, in Orlando, Florida, on February 11-14. Printlife is the developer and manufacturer of the Printlife PhotoBook™ – a new solution for displaying the digital images that tell life’s stories. Using Printlife’s patented PhotoBook Publisher™ software, users can create bound, hardcover picture books with customized page layouts, selected backgrounds and personal captions. “All of Printlife’s printing facilities – both in Japan and in the United States - are equipped with state-of-the-art, high-definition Indigo digital color printers - capable of producing thousands of Printlife PhotoBooks™ daily,” said Meg Weston, President and CEO of Printlife. “The printing technology of Indigo printers ensures our products surpass the industry standard and are of the highest quality.
