Pitney Bowes Introduces Digital Copier/Printer for Workgroups

TRUMBULL, Conn., February 1, 2001 - Pitney Bowes Office Systems today introduced two new solutions for decentralized corporate workgroups, the DL460 and DL550 digital copier/printers. At 45 and 55 copy/ page-per-minute speeds respectively, the DL460 and DL550 are mid-volume, 600 dpi black-and-white digital gateways designed to reduce workflow bottlenecks and increase productivity in multi-user environments. Positioned as central communications hubs for corporate workgroups, the DL460 and DL550 are digital solutions that consolidate hardware, lower costs and increase the efficiency of entire workgroups. Both models may be configured to support digital printing, desktop faxing and network scanning capabilities in addition to a wide range of accessories that provide advanced walk-up copying and finishing features.
