Xaar Announces Change of Financial Advisor and Corporate Broker

January 31, 2001 - Xaar plc (“Xaar”), the Cambridge-based inkjet printing technology group, has today announced the appointment of WestLB Panmure Limited as its new financial adviser and corporate broker with immediate effect. Xaar plc is a rapidly expanding inkjet technology development company that has three divisions; Xaar Technology, Xaar Digital and XaarJet. Xaar Technology licenses the patented Xaar piezo inkjet technology to major international corporations. Xaar Digital is developing page-wide printheads and ink systems. XaarJet manufactures and markets its own inkjet printheads and inks.
