The Company will immediately begin doing business as INSCI pending shareholders approving the change of its legal name at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders for fiscal year 2001 ending March 31, 2001, to be held later this year. The Company’s stock symbol will remain the same. According to the announcement by INSCI President and CEO Lori R. Frank, the name is being changed because the Company’s core competencies, products and strategic focus encompass a far greater range of markets and applications than just electronic statement presentment.
