Que-Net Media Launches New Brand Identity

Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, IL – (January 30 2001) Que-Net MediaTM, a member of the Quebecor World Group, launched its new brand identity and positioning as the best in class in pre-media, technology solutions and digital information management offered to catalogers, retailers and publishers. “This exciting initiative to build a new brand naturally follows Quebecor World’s decision last year to change the Digital Service Group name to Que-Net MediaTM. The change has underscored Quebecor World’s investment and commitment to the digital and pre-media business and a greater focus to its comprehensive range of pre-media services for clients around the world,” said Chris Rudge, Chairman and CEO of Que-Net MediaTM. “Our business has had tremendous growth over the past year thanks to an experienced and capable staff along with our expanded and comprehensive digital offering of products and services. Our new Que-Net MediaTM brand marks this organization as a significant player and business in the exploding arena of multi-channel marketing. We deliver the digital services necessary to win in today’s and tomorrow’s print and online environments in a global marketplace,” said Jack Schuh, President and Chief Operating Officer, Que-Net MediaTM. “The Que-Net MediaTM name, logo and theme were strategically developed to reflect a high tech image and communicate movement and speed. The logo complements the Quebecor World corporate logo and combines the words NET and MEDIA to communicate its business as the network between traditional and new media. The new theme line “Linking a Digital World” communicates the Que-Net MediaTM role as it links sellers and buyers, links all media channels, links technologies and links markets.” According to Marie Poppy, Vice President of Marketing. “To build the new Que-Net MediaTM brand for our digital services offering, we are investing resources in marketing and communications to relay the message to our clients, vendors, employees and the marketplace,” said Poppy. “Our employees have embraced this branding initiative which is a reflection of their own expertise and personal investment in this innovative business. With our company’s commitment to this arena and our future, everyone at Que-Net MediaTM is energized as we serve our clients,” Schuh said.
