Press release from the issuing company

DAYTON, Ohio (October 09, 2008) Standard Register, a premier provider of document services, has signed a three-year agreement with the St. Louis-based Amerinet, a leading national healthcare group purchasing organization. The agreement names Standard Register as one of only two suppliers addressing Amerinet members' document management needs.

The agreement extends through August 31, 2011. It offers Amerinet members savings on a wide range of document and print management products, services and technology that includes commercial printing, custom and standard forms, label products, patient identification bands and on-demand digital printing services. Standard Register will also provide Amerinet members with print supply chain consulting and professional services that address total acquisition costs while driving standardization and process improvement.

In addition, Amerinet members will have the option of employing Standard Register's powerful SMARTworks technology platform to procure, distribute, manage and track document spending and usage.

We share their commitment to reducing healthcare costs and enhancing the quality of care. Through our broad portfolio of document management solutions and services, we can help Amerinet members exert greater control over document costs while improving workflow efficiency and patient care," said David Dwyer, managing director of Standard Register's healthcare programs.
