Standard Register Prepares Secure Phone Card Packages for Airadigm

Press release from the issuing company

(DAYTON, OHIO), Airadigm has selected Standard Register to package and distribute 150,000 prepaid Freedom Phone Cards for the wireless communication company’s subsidiary, Einstein PCS. Standard Register, which was selected for its expertise in document security, designed a package incorporating a bar code and corresponding PIN numbers that greatly reduces the risk of theft and fraud. The new package consists of a display envelope with an 8.5-by-11-inch sheet of paper that contains instructions for uploading airtime, as well as information on a customer loyalty program. The Freedom Phone Cards, which feature varying amounts of airtime, are offered at point-of-sale displays at Einstein PCS’ five retail stores and 80 authorized agents throughout Wisconsin. “Standard Register listened to our needs, asked a lot of questions, and then offered several innovative solutions,” says Mary Longlais, product manager, Airadigm. “Sales of our prepaid phone cards have doubled in the last six months as we coupled a customer loyalty program with the purchase of airtime.”
