April 22, 2002 - Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc. announced today that James R. Clark has been appointed Vice President of Division Business Operations. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for the operational management of the company and will report to Enovation President James F. Mullan. Clark most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Graphic Systems, Inc., a position that he held for ten years. His extensive career in operations and finance began in 1978, when he joined Rita Ann Distributors, a privately held distributor of name-brand cosmetics and fragrances, as Controller. Acquired by Alco Standard in 1982, he held positions as Controller, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President, for various subsidiaries of Alco Standard and Alco Health Services until 1991 when he joined Graphic Systems. "Jim is a vital addition to the Enovation management team," said Mullan. "His strong operations and distribution background is essential to the smooth performance of the operating system which is a core element of our business."
